We manage the steel estimating, sale, material procurement, shop and erection drawing creation, liaison with the contractors and or owners, steel fabrication, schedule outside inspection, coating requirement, and jobsite deliveries. Our office and shop work diligently to achieve project schedule requirements while directing the steel detailing department (inside and outside) for drafting requirements and project specifics. Continually dealing with design changes, questions, and cost issues. Ensuring that design and contract requirements are followed and complied with for all aspects of the projects. We also conduct and attend coordination meetings with our clients via phone, over the web or on jobsites. Communication is the key to success.
